Shipping & Delivery Policy

At EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring the safe, secure, and timely delivery of our products to customers across India and international markets. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the procedures, timelines, responsibilities, and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of orders placed with us.
By placing an order with EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this policy.

All orders are processed only after receipt of a confirmed purchase order and, where applicable, the required advance payment.
The standard order processing period generally ranges between 3 to 10 working days, depending upon several factors including but not limited to:

• Availability of raw materials and production schedules

The company shall not be held responsible for delays arising from customs procedures or regulatory requirements in the importing country.


Shipping Charges

Upon dispatch, customers may be provided with shipment details including:

Delivery Delays

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

Customers are advised to inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.
If any package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, the customer should:

  1. Notify EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs and supporting evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
  3. Retain all original packaging materials for inspection purposes.

Claims received after the specified reporting period may not be considered.
Any investigation regarding damage, loss, or shortage will be conducted jointly with the concerned logistics service provider. Resolution shall be subject to the findings of such investigation.
The liability of EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED shall remain limited to the extent permitted under applicable laws and contractual obligations.

 
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of order placement, including:
• Consignee name
• Company name (if applicable)
• Complete delivery address
• Postal code
• Contact number
• Email address

EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
Any additional costs incurred due to re-shipment, address correction, storage, or return-to-origin charges shall be borne by the customer.

 
Partial Shipments
