Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our products and manufacturing processes, EKTA SEAL follows a strict cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before manufacturing or customization has begun.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:

Customized products (logo engraving, serial numbers, special colors, sizes)

Bulk manufacturing orders

Orders already under production or dispatched

Export orders once documentation or shipment processing has started
Cancellation Approval

All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by EKTA SEAL management.

Approval depends on the production stage and procurement status of raw materials.
Cancellation Charges

If cancellation is approved, administrative and processing charges may be deducted.

Any costs incurred towards raw materials, customization, or production will be borne by the customer.
Refund After Cancellation

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be made through the original payment mode.

Bank charges, taxes, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation by EKTA SEAL
EKTA SEAL reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

Unavailability of raw materials

Technical or production constraints

Pricing or payment discrepancies

Force majeure situations
In such cases, any advance payment received will be refunded as per mutual agreement.
Modification Instead of Cancellation
In some cases, EKTA SEAL may offer order modification instead of cancellation, subject to feasibility and mutual consent.
Policy Changes
EKTA SEAL reserves the right to modify or update this policy without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the website.
