Non-Refundable Charges

The following amounts are generally non-refundable:

• Government taxes already deposited with relevant authorities, where applicable
• Documentation expenses
• Freight booking charges already incurred

Cancellation by EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED

• Unavailability of required raw materials or components
