Refund & Return Policy

As the majority of our products are customized, serialized, branded, or manufactured to specific customer requirements for industrial and commercial applications, returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted only under limited circumstances as outlined in this policy.
By placing an order with EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated below.
Return Eligibility
A return request may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The product received has been damaged during transportation or transit.
• The product supplied does not match the specifications, quantity, or item description mentioned in the confirmed order.
• The product contains a manufacturing defect that is verified and approved by the Quality Assurance Team of EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED.
• The goods received are materially different from the approved order confirmation due to an error attributable to EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED.
All return requests are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by the company before any replacement, credit note, or refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return, replacement, exchange, or refund:
• Customized or personalized products manufactured according to customer specifications, including logo printing, serial numbering, barcode printing, customized colors, dimensions, packaging, branding, or special markings.
• Products that have been used, installed, activated, damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
• Security seals with broken locking mechanisms resulting from use or improper handling.
• Bulk orders, export orders, and specially manufactured products once they have been dispatched from our facility.
• Products returned without prior authorization from EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or handling by the customer or any third party.
Return Request Procedure
Customers must follow the procedure below to initiate a return request:
Step 1: Notification
The customer must notify EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Step 2: Supporting Evidence
The customer must provide:
• Order number or invoice number
• Product details
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs and/or videos showing the alleged defect, damage, or discrepancy
• Images of the product packaging, if applicable
Step 3: Evaluation & Inspection
Upon receipt of the claim, our Quality Assurance Team will review the information provided and may request additional details if required.
Where necessary, the customer may be asked to return samples or the affected goods for further inspection.
Step 4: Approval
Approval of any return request is solely at the discretion of EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED after completion of the inspection process.
Submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee a replacement, return acceptance, or refund.
Replacement Policy
Where a return claim is approved, EKTA CONTAINER SEALS PRIVATE LIMITED may, at its sole discretion:
• Replace the defective or incorrect product;
• Issue a credit note for future purchases; or
• Process a refund where replacement is not feasible.
The remedy provided shall depend upon the nature of the issue, product availability, and the findings of the inspection process.
Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

Shipping & Handling Charges

• Handling charges
• Packaging costs
• Insurance charges
• Any other logistics-related expenses
Where applicable, the customer may also be responsible for the cost of returning goods to the company.
Damaged Goods During Transit
If products are received in visibly damaged condition, customers should:

• Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection;
• Provide clear photographs of both the product and packaging.
Claims relating to transit damage may be reviewed jointly with the concerned courier, transporter, or logistics partner.
Right to Reject Claims

• The request is submitted beyond the prescribed reporting period.
• Adequate supporting evidence is not provided.
• The product has been used, altered, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses, including loss of profits, operational delays, contractual liabilities, or other damages arising from the use or non-use of the products.
