Refund and Returns Policy

EKTA SEAL follows a strict quality control process. As our products are customized and industrial-use items, returns are limited.

Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product supplied by EKTA SEAL

  • Manufacturing defect confirmed by our quality team

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (logo, serial number, color, size)

  • Used or tampered seals

  • Bulk orders once dispatched

Return Process

  • Customer must notify within 48 hours of delivery

  • Supporting images or videos are required

  • Approval is subject to internal inspection

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued through original payment method

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
